Facilities Rental

The Parish and Facilities are located just three blocks north of the OSU campus. We offer a convenient and economical setting for your meeting, lecture, reception or dinner event.

Upper Social Hall has a kitchen attached with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and food prep area. This room holds 64 people seated at round tables, or 72 persons at 8-ft confrernce tables, or 110 persons in presentation style rows.

Upper Social Hall Conference Room holds a maximum of 18 persons around a large conference table.

School Classrooms/Aquinas Room Classrooms vary in size ranging from 16 persons to a maximum of 30, setup with tables and chairs. The Aquinas Room allows a maximum of 75 persons seated at 8-ft conference tables.

Gymnasium holds a maximum of 300 people seated at 8-ft tables. Gym has an adjacent commercially licensed kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and food prep area. If Gym is used for an athletics event, proper footwear is required.

Additional Fees:

~ $50.00 setup/take down fee (applies to Gym only)

~ Special Event Insurance - $85 (for 1-100 people), to $110 (for 101-500 people in attendance).

~ $100 refundable cleaning deposit (in the event of a false alarm resulting from activation of the fire alarm by unattended children, cleaning deposit will not be refunded)

Total fees are due in full ten days prior to scheduled event.
